Like it’s counterpart, Office 365, Microsoft 365 delivers the full desktop suite of Office apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook together with online apps such as One Drive, SharePoint and Teams. However, unlike Office 365 it also includes enhanced security to safeguard business data and assets across devices and ensures your devices are always up-to-date. Microsoft 365 allows companies to manage devices inside and outside of the network, including location tracking and remote wipe. Granular security policies allow protection of sensitive business data. Both editions also include an upgrade license for Windows 10 Business.

Microsoft 365 is available in Business and Enterprise editions. Microsoft 365 Business is for SME companies with up to 300 users, and the Enterprise edition caters for larger organisations with advanced security needs. Both versions feature comprehensive Cyberthreat protection which guards against unsafe attachments, suspicious links, and other malware, and include InTune, a mobile device management app that allows IT admins to push security policies and remote wipe devices, and AutoPilot, an app for deploying apps and settings to devices inside and outside your network.
